i purchase spirits from aldi, they sell a damn good scotch, which is 11 dollars cheaper than going to ritchies IGA, so i would have a great shot at the euro lagers! :D Shaun i have a kit of thomas coopers lager sitting here ready to brew, any ideas of extras i can throw in to make it extra...

gday all, could someone please tell me the ideal fermenting temperature for coopers kit and kilo draught, also does anyone know a kit and kilo that will have a similar taste to VB and the ideal ferment temp?????? cheers shaun

hey greg by 50/50 u mean half light malt and half dextrose. sounds like a good combo for me first brew i also brought some finings, any idea if it works?? cheers shaun

gday fellas, just curios i brought a coopers draught kit , it says on instructions to add a kilo of sugar, does it make a diference using difrent sugar? like dextrose or normal sugar........ cheers shaun :icon_drool2:
