    B P I posted this before but apparently in the wrong place. I have followed your instructions to the letter but after 20 hours there is very little reaction by the yeast, very slight head. The only yeast I could source was Tandaco Dry Yeast and I used i teaspoon full. Have I hit the panic button...

    At last I found a recipe for mead that I could follow. I have done EXACTLY as per instructions but find that after 20 hours I have very little reaction from the yeast, almost no head at all. I am uncertain if I have used the correct yeast, the only one I could find at my supermarket was Tandaco...
