i agree, brewing is awesome, not only do you get a creative outlet, a sense of accomplishment, cool projects to put together(brew rigs, stir plates and so on), praise from all your mates for producing awesome beer, but you get to drink your achievements and get blotto in the process...

woah! i think this is awesome, frickin awesome, i hope its a roaring success. this is the best use of a IBC i have seen. has anyone else come close to this kind of volume? the only thing that would make this better is if it was AG. and please, plenty of pics and updates as you go.
