Kit & malt extract brewing, haven't really the time to mash. Although I'll give the 'mash paddle' a go this year. Won many state & national trophies in the past, now judge some country shows & run the Tanunda Show's Beer section. Member of the Barossa Brewers Club. Really enjoy promoting home-brewing on local radio & in the local papers (I've been called a media tart by workmates!). Favourite beer - any 3068 based wheat beer.
