Just had this poster delivered about a month ago from the US of A. If I find a big enough scanner (I doubt it), I'll scan a colour copy. Or I can try scanning multiple sections of it and try and piece it together, but I don't know if that will end well.

I started up a blog with blogspot.com. I post up everything i need to know about my brews (number, name, recipe, brewing notes, tasting notes, hydrometer readings, brewing and bottling dates), and if others read it they can even post up comments about the brews (but i dont give my link out ;)...

mm. The amber was brewed by a young guy who brewed under the name "Ocean Lager" I believe. It wasn't too great. He mentioned that he wanted to brew beer that you could drink, not a connoisseurs beer. Although, he was only pulling out 60L batches, so maybe he just entered the market a bit too...

I found their new lemon myrtle wit to be very... very... different. If I remember correctly, it tasted way to planty, like I was eating leaves. It is definitely worth a try though, it may just not suit my style. On the other hand their Black Wattle Original Ale was great! I believe that one...
