<p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="color:rgb(34,34,34);">I started brewing in 2006, but it was generally at local brew-it-yourself places and occasionally using kit brews at home. It moved to doing partial grain brews on my stove at home using standard 10L cooking pots and scaling up the volumes with boiled water and steeped hops. The outcomes were fine, but I needed to move to all grain brewing on a larger scale. That happened in 2013 when I created my HERMS.</span></span></span></p>
