    haha, thanks guys. I don't mind the cost, it's more of a hobby to keep me entertained. I'm also trying to cut out preservatives in my consumption. I expect a few brews that are a bit "how are ya" and I'd like to continuously brew till I get it right, it should hit two birds with my proffiency...
