Do you recommend only 1 carbonation drop per longneck then?

I did a batch of Coopers Stout and did 1/2 of the bottles with 1 carb drop and 1/2 with 2. Def a difference in the texture (in terms of carbonation) and have to say I preferred the 1 drop better. Didnt affect head retention/formation at all, both excellent, just the carbonation.

I tasted a Coopers Bitter after two weeks in the bottle. It was flat and tasted winey, with no aftertaste. I inverted each bottle a couple of times as there was still some sugar on the bottom, and a week later it was delicious, with a creamy white head that stayed the whole glass down, and was...
