I have been brewing from kits and all grain for about 18 years on and off. Currently reside in Darwin where it can be a challenge to brew at times. Mainly into Stouts, hoppie pale Ales, and whiskey, but will try almost anything once, sometimes moe than once just to make sure I didn't bugger the first one.
