<p>I have been brewing for about 10 years now. I was very cautious at first, as I'm sure you all were too. But now I try to mix things up!</p>

<p>I trawl the internet looking for new (or old) recipes to try.</p>

<p>The one thing I have learned in my time brewing is...cleanliness, cleanliness, cleanliness! You can't be too clean when brewing.</p>

Brewing beer and soon I'll have a go at wine (maybe) I love my woodworking projects, and at the moment we're renovating so there's another interest lol
