    After krausen was what I was thinking. beabout 4 days before bottling at that stage . it will have more alcohol to dissolve the pellets, disperse the flavor and aroma. won't escape out of the airlock as much as when it's peak of co2 in fermentation and chance of infection is slim. open to hear...
