Dudes, Sorry, but we got a buyer, so she's all done. Thanks for the interest. FYI, the pots are 208L, we aimed for a 220L batch knowing how much would be lost due to evaporation, boil overs, dead space in the kettles, etc, and usually getting after dilution post boil dead on 200L. The gear...

Any brewers from south coast nsw?

Heya Ned, there's a few fine brewers down here on the South Coast, and we're more than happy to take you in. For home brew gear you'll be a bit skint. I think there's Terry's half-shop in Ulladulla and Walsh's Mitre 10 in Nowra. Apart from that, I couldn't say. Sounds like a perfect opportunity...

    White Stout

Scotland's BrewDog have made a Blonde Stout. It's a pale ale that uses coffee and cocoa nibs to give the flavour of a stout, and oatmeal to fill out the body. I think the idea rocks personally, but also love the fact it was meant to be an April fool's originally. Deconstructed Imperial Stout

Hopdog Beerworks Is Opening... This Weekend!

Sap, Kind of purpose built, but with the kettle, hlt and mash tun from Blichmann. Cheaper and bigger capacity than the Beer Belly gear too. Would have loved a big shiny 6hL DME or Farra, but didn't have the available cash. Going to start uber-small and work our way up. \m/ Tim
