Guys, my supplier swears that the yeast that comes with the kits is 100% perfect as it was stored correctly since it arrived in Australia direct from Belgium. I would suggest saving your money on the yeast and try it. If it fails I'll drop another kit to ya! Thanks to everyone for the excellent...

Sorry, should have said. Most of them are Dec 08 I think. Just over a year but, hey, they're sealed tins! The yeast is the major concern but it works for me and I've never had any back (sold bloody loads!) and, if you're concerned, just replace the yeast. Still cheap beer!!! . They're a bargain...
