Newbie / Morgans blue mountain lager experimentation
I'd just stick with the Galaxy hops only and not add any more. Galaxy are quite strong in flavour, very nice though! Try Hersbrukker hops with the Blue Mountain lager. They are nice with lagers.- Poochy Brew Dog

Saflager S23 - Is your brew supposed to smell a bit funky?
Hello, I'm hoping someone can share their experience using this yeast. This is my first brew using Saflager S23. I brewed a Homebrand Lager with 500g light dry malt and Perle hops.
