    Beer is not carbonating?

It's normal to leave your bottles to carbonate for around two weeks. Also, temperature of where you are keeping your bottles while they're doing their second ferment has an effect - if it's too cold, they'll take longer, or possibly won't carbonate at all. Keep them in a warmish place...

Explain it to me simply please

To add to what OMC says, once you get your efficiency sussed (over several brews) when it comes to putting together a grain bill of your own, if you want to go for a particular %ABV in your beer, you'll know how how much grain vs water you will need to achieve that % & quantity of product. Of...

There's contact info on their web page - probably worth dropping them a line & asking how to purchase.

    A novice brewer here.

Hmm.. if you're worried about the crush, why don't you do a test run on a handful or so of the base malt. What you're looking for is not too much flour, husks pretty much intact - but separated from the grain and the grain broken into varying sizes.

Meh - nothing to be nervous about. I'd do a dry run with some water first, just to identify any leaks or other issues you don't want popping up in the middle of your first brew. And yes, I understand how "dry run with water" sounds.. wrong. But y'all know what I mean :)

    Polaris Beer Superchiller v3

You might want to edit the link - there's a "%20" at the beginning of it that's stopping it from working.

All Grain - is it substantially better beer?

Like most, I started out with K&K, but wasn't overly happy with the results - sure, most of them were "ok," but I figured I could do better. So I tried my hand at unhopped extract, (which I think is what you're referring to?) adding my own hops & what have you, it lengthened the brew day...

    KegKing now at keg-king.com.au

Well, the way he's going, the US owner's ego is going to take a huge hit if he doesn't sort his shit out.

    KegKing now at keg-king.com.au

I don't understand why members of "another" forum, aren't allowed to mention that forum here. Looking at it as a competition between two different forums is short sighted, and only serves to accelerate the death of this one. The "other" forum has no problem with their members coming here, or...
