    Veloria is the same as the buloke, but roasted a few EBC darker. Both are ale malts, the Veloria is just a fraction darker and maltier I currently have the buloke in stock, and am using it in my brewery, as the Veloria is not available at the moment

    Yeastie, How did you go with this? I have just malted 5 kilos of hindmarsh and will be brewing on saturday. Did you do a step mash to allow for under modified malt?

    i had a redoak summer lager the other day, absolutely rubbish, i couldnt finish it. smelled like wet old lady bits. in fact anything from redoak taps appears to be pretty ordinary of late. but the old english ale was pretty good. montieth summer ale is rubbish

    Has anyone used this stuff for yeast starters? its cheap as chips at big w at the moment, cause they are going out of HB stuff. i usually use LDME, but its bloody expensive, and the LHBS near me is always out of it, and the other LHBS in canberra is way down south
