<p>. I am a quallified industrial Diesel mechanic who has been living on Kangaroo Island for the last 12 or 13 years. . Since being on the island I have taken up farming and bee keeping. Farming mostly sheep but have grown a fair bit of malting quality barley. Have a lot more to learn about zymurgy but should have some input re. malting barley, honey and all things mechanical.
