35 Yr Old Proud Fat Chick, into Medieval stuff- I'm a SCA Combat Archer in training, I love to cook, I love to fill peoples bellies with good food and drink, and listen to their tales around a campfire. <br />

I love to make preserves, jerky, dried fruits & veg, jams, bread...you name it! I didn't get my waistline by eating salad! <br />

I'm always up for a laugh, I'm pretty easy going, I love to learn- I tend to throw myself into things 100% or not at all. I'm eager to get brewing, and plan on meads, melomels, alcoholic ginger beers and the like- and maybe a dabble into beer. I'm a fan of Little Creatures Pale Ale, so I'd like to get into making something a little like that maybe. Eh..we'll see once I've tried some of the beers of other brewers!
