Is the second and third pour just soon after the first affected by foam? What temp is the kegerator set at? The flow control taps have more thermal mass so will increase the foam
Yeah I reckon they do a bit too mate, at least the standard type ales. You need to dose them with hops but I can’t be bothered. They are easy and cheap enough for the ease though
I had dramas with disconnects with a new system and lost two bottles of gas. I replaced all disconnects with genuine John guest(all others are a copy of these) they are expensive but cheaper than repeat empty gas bottles
No issue since
I meant the artificial sweetener's. some people can taste or dislike them more than others. A bit of extra ginger, or lemon or something can mask them to some degree
If kegging you don’t need to sterilise the yeast before backsweeteneing if you refrigerate the keg immediately as the cold temp will halt secondary fermentation.
Lactose can get very gummy too, the fake ones are best, but you can taste them if looking.
You’re still bitching mate, they’d love to have more to sell to you(and shut you up) but manufacturing and shipping is shit at the moment, deal with it. It’s not life or death mate.
