    Sorry Gavo just saw that. Temp is at a constant 22 (using ice bucket). I worked out the reading and it's around 1012-1014. Still bubbling once a minute

    One more annoying question (sorry!) I finally worked out the reading, thanks heaps for that. I didn't loosen the lid before getting some out of the tap. Is that an issue?

    Overkill how? Can't do any harm surely? I'd rather bottle earlier but I was told by others to leave it 2 weeks. It's bubbling like once every 30 seconds at the moment. What's the benefit in moving it to a secondary container?

    Is it OK to leave it for like another week? Some people are saying leave for minimum 2 weeks, which I'm not sure if it's excessive.

    Thanks guys, all very helpful comments. I started brewing on thurs night and it's bubbling away every 2-3 seconds or so. Does that sound normal? I have the wet towel and ice bucket going, keeping it at a consistent 20-22. Hopefully that's not too low
