    2 Kegs And 2 Stuck Gas In Posts!

    :P Try tipping a kettle full of boiling water over the posts about 2 minutes before you try to loosen them. Any syrup or sticky malt will become runny and they should undo easily I do it all the time Cheers B)

    Safwheat K97

    I am currently brewing my first wheat beer using safwheat k97 yeast. After 16 days the gravity has only dropped a fraction from the OG which was 1052. Its still bubbling away like a frog in a sock and has lots of foam on top. The sample tastes ok. Has anyone else experienced such slow progress...
