    Seperate Heat Exchanger For Herms

    Thanks guys, guess I'll stick with the 7 litre pot, cram as much copper 1/2'' as possible in there, and attach in/out points to the lid. I guess stainless will look the part, and probably cheaper!

    Spanner indeed, raven19! I was planning on single and double batches, ie 19 litre or 39 litre, I guess it will take longer, possibly double the time to raise temps for the double batch?
