I have been brewing on and off for the last 20 years. It has only been in the last 12 months that I have switched from extract brewing to AG. Also I have recently built a 4 tap keezer and happy with my old fermenter fridge and Tempmate. I live in Brookfield, a suburb of Brisbane. Also on the lookout for new brew recipes and the "perfect" recipe for doppelbock !<br />
