Gday pcmfisher. They are keep up in the high teens at the least. I had one last night and it was much better than the last one I had maybe a month ago. They look a bit flat, but my glass may need a clean with some hot water and bottle cleaner. They have only been rinsed with hot water for a...

Very cloudy after reaching final gravity..

Gday. I racked my last brew, first time I have done that, left it for s couple of days and bottled with carb drops. Its been about 2 to 3 months and its a bit flat. Peroni Clone

Gday, My Mrs likes Peroni so thought I would try to knock something like it up for her. I'm a K& K brewer, has anyone had any luck? I have done a Coopers Sparking with some hops and malt she doesn't mind, but still prefers her Peroni. Thanks, Andrew.

    Bottling Ginger beer

Sorry Stux, I'm not sure what you mean? If I brew it for a couple of hours then bottle, going by the tin, it will be a ginger beer with no alcohol in. Or have I miss read the tin? Thanks Andrew.

    Bottling Ginger beer

Gday, Im looking at doing a Coopers Ginger Beer, and on the tin I think it recommends usimg the plastic PET bottles as they can go off if over carbontated. I only have 330ml stubbies. Would I be safe using them and carbination drops, or should I get some plastic bottles? Thanks, Andrew.
