I've been brewing since Christmas 2009 when I got a Cooper's kit as a gift from my wife. I've only done K&K and toucan brews so far, and am happy enough to keep plodding along with them for now, occasionally trying slightly different things to improve my brews.<br />

We're moving to Darley VIC this year, so I'm hoping to brew some Cider's using apples from the local orchards in Bacchus Marsh, and eventually take the plunge into AG brewing.
