Ex Whitbread Landlord, trained by Fuller Smith and Turner. Brewed on and off 50yrs. There for the birth of CAMRA. First brew a watermelon and brown sugar rum suspended in one of my moms stockings. Favourite beer London Pride, but like big Imperials, brown and black, dislike mass produced rubbish. 35Ltr conical, 35Ltr RB, 20ish cornies, 2 x pins, 2 x 60Ltr plastic, 2 x 200Ltr plastic, 50Ltr boiler with 4" 4 plate bubbler, 4" pot, 4" hybrid column, 2" LM column. Currently experimenting with nitrogen.

It is what it is, and if things don't change, they'll stay the way they are.
