Thats What I have had a couple of times in the last lot of brews I have been doing, After it stops fermenting and is left for a week or 2 in secondary it gets that crap on top.

You can buy KRIEK and FRAMBOISE kits from you local homebrew shop, only catch is they are around $45 but its supposed to be the actual kit made by the orignal makers of the beer

I can buy two cans of Coopers Barvarian Lager for around $15 at work because they go out of date in two months. Would this be pretty good just on its own? two cans and two yeasts or should put any other fermentables in there or Hopps. I'am open for suggestions.

I had another look this morning its still on the top, and i have taken an SG reading of 1009 its sg when i put in the strawberry water was 1008 so maybe its started to ferment again ] any suggestions on what i can do folks

between 15 and 18 The beer on the bottom is crystal clear on the bottom ,yet frothy on the top, thats why i though it was an infection

Ok i went to bulk prime today i had a coles draught on secondary and to my suprised there was yeast on top of the beer like it had started to ferment again. My recipe is coles kit yeast + starter of Cascade spicy ghost yeast which i have been lead to believe is a lager yeast Coles Draught...

you can get them refilled at coles fairly cheaply

i havent bulk primed yet ive just put the 17 or so litres into another fermenter for secondary ferment. and want to bulk prime it its either 16 or 17 liters fermeter goes up in 5L increments id prefer sorta normal co2 levels like in tooheys new or carlton cold sorta thing What i mean...

primary fermentation seems to be finshed on the cascade spicy ghost i started about a week ago started around 1045 finshed 1006 I have bottled 15 bottles (stubbies) with carb drops, but there seems to be a fair bit of carbonation in this beer still its been at 1006 for a couple of days now...
