GOLIATH

Having not brewed for some 6 years with some interesting medical and other issues am keen to crank it up! I miss very good beer. Commercial brewing gave me insight into brewing fundamentals that very few have enjoyed. One of my mottoes is "Dont sweat the small stuff" as a result.<br /><br />I am not interested in making an exact copy of anything, an adherence to style with an individual bent is how i prefer to do things.<br /><br />I now live in North Queensland (Cairns) and am keen to get together with a local brewing group that I have found.
