Be patient young jedi, two weeks carbonation at least, 4 plus is better. Put them under the capper again if you're not sure. If you haven't got one, a bench capper is worth it's weight gals

I'm hoping someone can help. I've heard that I can use bleach to sanitise brewing equipment & bottles rather than using the specialised stuff that you buy from the home brew shop. Is this right & if so, what sort of rate do I dilute it at?
