Hi I'm Duskrunner, finished uni recently and decided I wanted to start making some mead for fun. Have just started my first brew of 'Beginner's mead' today, though I added about half a dozen juniper berries for greater complexity. Fingers crossed it works out. Looking forward to learning more...
