    I mounted a pc fan on top of a length of plastic tube and stuck it with silicone to the inside of fridge so the air moved completely from the top of the fridge to the bottom. Worked a charm and ran constantly.

    I bottle everything. I know kegging is easier but I enjoy taking a bottle from the fridge, pouring and drinking. I think the cost of kegging equipment would break me.

    Having a whinge at the price of beer

    Paid 11.50 at a local pub for a pint of 2 Brothers "Growler" (a lovely dark ale) but only paid less than $9 at their brewery which I found really surprising. Damn the pub must have some markup.

    Just make sure the juice didn't have any preservative added. Google any additives as some will inhibit yeast growth.
