    Move To All Grain For Thirty Bucks

    I've just gone up to a 50L pot (40 cms wide) and it gets over two burners on my stove top no worries. Takes roughly 25-30 mins to get to mash temp and about the same again to get to a boil - maybe a touch less.

    @BEERHOG Yes that would've been the easier way but I wanted to see what was happening up top as I was little suss about what little I could see through the fermenter lid. I've just done another check and one of the colours has started taking over (kind of a grey colour). Might have to pop on...

    G'day everyone. I've been wanting to give brewing a try for some time and finally put my first batch down at the start of this year. Been lurking around for a while, learning plenty and decided it was time to jump in and get involved. I'm from the Northern Beaches in Sydney and love big beers...
