I am errr ... well ... me. I am an Electrician as well as what is called an "Instrument Technician" i.e. instrumentation and controls for controlled industrial plant and/or equipment, yes that does include breweries and distilleries. I am male and I therefore have hobbies, including brewing. Cheers !

umm, oh that's right ... brewing, I guess, and music ( listen, play, write, record ), bizarre miniature radio controlled things like indoor airships, helicopters and the like, gardening, bonsai, orchids, fishing and sailing / boating in general.

A great beer brings together chemistry, biology, craftsmanship ... and perhaps a few mates for a drink!
