After spending my twenties trying to make use of a B.A. in nothing useful I've gone back to studying - Mechanical Engineering this time. Being a student again reminded me why I used to home brew as a student previously. Only this time I've got the brains and the stamina to stick with it and actually make something worth drinking.<br />

I started doing BIAB because the dump 'n' stir kits give me asthma. I didn't try DME because I was worried it would also give me asthma and I hate throwing out beer.<br />

It's been pretty successful so far.
