You neglected to mention Ironbark brewery in the Swan Valley

If you do the Swan Valley you MUST visit Ironbark. Best of the 5. Their woodfired pizza's are fantastic as well as great beers. MATR forgot to mention them previously

Fantastic trip report. Sounds just as good as my staying 15 days above the Rogue pub in Newport Oregon a few weeks ago. Tasted a couple of new beers that sadly will not make it to Aus. John Maier is God when it comes to brewing.
