I'm new to brewing in 2012. Since late 2009 I have been unable to consume gluten. I couldn't justify the $80+ for a carton of gluten free beer, so a gluten free beer extract kit was purchased and successfully brewed.<br />
Now that I've discovered this homebrewing world, my curiosity and interest far outstrip the pure economics of home brewing.
