I am a US Citizen living in Gold Canyon, Arizona on the outskirts of the Phoenix area in the beautiful Sonoran Desert. I have brewed since the 1980's but have kicked it up a lot in the last couple years. Most beers are all-grain. Have been trying to perfect traditional styles since getting into all-grain a year ago - a technical guy I guess - a soil scientist by trade. Right now I have an American cream ale, a Ballantine XXX Ale (retro American Ale - where S-05 came from) and a Belgian Ale on tap, with a Red IPA, a Nelson Sauvin Golden Ale, a New Zealand Single-Malt IPA, and a crazy Patersbier with Belgian Wheat Yeast in the wings. I hope to make it down your way in a couple years and really want to interact with brewers from Down Under as they say.
