Have been brewing using kit beers for more years than I care to remember - started in the days where homebrew kits were a bin liner which you used obviously in a bin and open fermented - oh those uni days - couldn't say that we cared much about the taste. Now I am having a shot a grain brewing - why not it seems like fun!
