    Warm Conditioning In Kegs

Personally my kegs in the fridge at the moment got a good couple of months warm conditioned. I don't go through beer that fast. I have 4 kegs and keep two in the fridge for serving. I assumed the same sort of age time applied for keg as did bottle. E.g. a 3month beer will taste better than a 2...

    Purchased A Kegerator

The corners are well protected, they use those plastic/metal corner covers which go over the foam padding to stop the corners getting knocked. The sides had plenty of room, mine was dented because they put a forklift through the packaging, not much you can do to stop that but any normal kicks...

    Purchased A Kegerator

I've got a 3.5kg and I doubt it'd fit with the reg on the top. I've also heard reports that having the tank in there can lead to leaks but I can't confirm this.

    Keg Mate

I've got one from Pinnacle. It worked out about $650 to my door in WA. It's pretty good, I had a few issues due to a dent in transit and some funky mess around the condenser but after speaking to him and a few other guys it's all been good. The owner seemed to be pretty reasonable and willing to...

    Very Large Stock Pot

Better conductivity can be good and bad, it can mean that it will let heat escape easier too.. but I digress, for my use which isn't just homebrew beer I need stainless. So it needs to be big enough that I can do a decent BIAB but also be used as a full boiler ;)

    Very Large Stock Pot

My only concern with the cheap pots is that they arent SS but Ally which isnt really suitable. Well it is and it isnt. I'd rather err on the side of caution when dealing with ally and alcohol and lets be honest, nice shiney stainless... mmmm bling.

    Very Large Stock Pot

Been trawling ebay stores and online wholesale kitchen type places. Was planning to have a look around this weekend at some camping stores. I just need something big that I can do a boilup in and use for eventually a BIAB but also for a few other homebrew uses.

    Very Large Stock Pot

Interesting, I was looking for something in the 20-50L range (larger the better) but everything seemed pretty damned expensive. If you had any links or shops you can suggest that you spotted it'd be awesome.

    Coopers Mexican Cerveza

I quite like Corona but I know many that do not, "piss beer" comes to mind as the description by others. But its a nice light beer, great for a hot day with a wedge of lemon or lime.

    Coopers Mexican Cerveza

Yer some of the kits come with an ale yeast instead during the hotter months. A quick google turned up this. http://www.4syndication.com/clipper_city_b...ager/24467/v.do

    Coopers Mexican Cerveza

I recently did a kit one of these. Japanese Blonde LME 500ml Mexican Cerveza LME 1.7kg (1tin) Saflager S-23 (Dry Lager Yeast) 1pack Brewcraft Brewbooster #15 OG 1049 FG 1011 It came out pretty close, its not quite as pale but the taste is nearly spot on. It's spent 2 weeks in the...

    Eoi: Sodium Percarb (wa)

Yer I'm not going to have time to get this organised. Whilst it looks like there is enough interest, if someone wants to manage it they can. I was speaking to Hucon over in Bayswater http://www.hucon.com.au/ HUCON AUSTRALIA PTY LTD 9 Waldheim Rd Bayswater 3153 VIC Australia Had to be 25kg...

I haven't forgotten about this. We have just about the right numbers to make up 75kg (3bags). I've been busy with work and a few other projects but i've got everyone listed and will post up shortly.
