Tasting number 2. The president remains the Merri Mashers Hefeweizen master, perfect yeast/malt balance. A little clove and a little banana but really well balanced. A lot of brewers go over the top with the esters on their hefs. The pres nailed it. Nice work.

Drinking Dove's berliner weisse at the moment. Damn man, that's a tasty brew! Really great sourness and a crisp citrusy hop flavour. Possibly slightly under carbed but that might change with a little more time. Awesome work Dove. Edit: At 3% it's a perfect work beer, usually my 4pm beers lead...

Yep, it was heaps better than the ol' toilet wine that used to be brewed in Pentridge ;)
