G'day, I've been overseas for a bit and just got home yesterday arvo. Thanks for all the positive feedback regarding the Nelson Sav (although I'll have to read up on "yeast stress"). A couple of blokes have asked if the beer was filtered - but no it wasn't, I just racked it onto finings for 5...
