    Dry Coopers Ale Yeast

    Hi Giz, I have had exactly the same problem but with a variety of yeasts (coopers, safale, and whitelabs). I have had 6 batches go all at once, all showing exactly what you are describing. I think in my case it is a bacterial infection. Not really sure though.
