Thanks Dougsbrew, I don't know what's in the bore water yet, guess I'll get it analysed sometime, but the PH 7.8. The tank is around PH 6.2 or 6.3. Are there any brew clubs around here?

Hi All, I've been brewing all gain for several years now and had some great results. I've just moved to Tinbeerwah and the new place is not on mains water. I've got tank (collected off a zinc alum roof) and a bore. I've brew a couple of beers using the tank (with some brewing salt additions)...
