Hey folks,

My name is Max and I've been AG brewing since about 2012, with a couple of kits and partials under my belt before that.
I'm a big advocate for brewing darker and stronger ales, especially with flavours like cocoa, coffee, maple and spice. That said, I love my aromatic Pales and Belgians as well, and I definitely won't say no to a challenging recipe like a sour beer
For the past couple of years, I've organised group-buys of apple juice (while living in Canada). From that, I've made multiple experiments doing ciders and cysers (a type of mead with honey and apple juice) - I love the diversity of ferments!

I find brewing to be one of the most satisfying hobbies, not just because of the savings you make (in ingredients at least), but also thanks of how open to sharing the brewing community is with it's incredible wealth of knowledge across multiple topics.

I'm also a big fan of collaborative brew sessions, so please let me know if ever you want some company while brewing - even if it's just for some chit-chat and drinking fine brewskis

Cheers.
