Attempting to prove this is true. I work in overseas aid, and haven't found a country so run down that they couldn't manage a local beer. Told this once to a driver in Ethiopia. He thought about it for a while, and said - 'to be a real town you need three things. A dog, a shop, and a mad person.'<br />
