    Total Time In Fermenter... Is There A 'too Long' ?

    I am brewing in QLD. temp always around 26-30 over last six months. I have brewed bottled as soon as I get two stable readings but wondering if that is wrong now from what I read here. Brews have been good but if I leave it longer will they be better or is the high temp a reason to bottle...

    :D Now I'm hooked even more. Had a look at some of the references and can see my Easter stretching blissfully before me. Seriously though, I really appreciate the time from you experienced brewers. Someone told me that was the cahracter of a true brewer...one who wants to share the successes...

    Red Alerecipe Help?

    I am trying to brew a red ale from kit but have no recipe other than Kilkenny. Any experience in a kit/extract mix to do this would be appreciated. My local brewshop couldn't help so looking to the clan for assistance.
