Hi Lael, I've brewed maybe four times with this one. I am impressed with the improvements compared to previous code releases. I have not felt the need to do any minor code changes with this release as I have in others. I've only used the 20x4 LCD setting, and I wouldn't say I've done bullet...

I think one possible issue to consider is flow rate, but if a little brown pump cannot deal with the small size of pipe inside a skin fitting, I'm sure larger skin fittings are available too. In my case I've got a March pump and I need to restrict flow to balance the system.

I've been thinking about the camlock system and figure there is a way to make it even simpler/cheaper (in the spirit of BrauMiser). ;) Using one of these skin fittings in the bottom of the kettle, you could presumably just have a piece of open ended pipe (stainless or copper) that slots in...

I know I've already voted for bottom to top but a couple of comments ... seamad makes a good point that the BrauMeister config is so reliable you can just set it up and do whatever you like until the mash is done. I could never do that with my traditional three vessel system. And as far as...
