Keg 1: Coopers Stout , made sep 2007 went flat so i kegged it as it still tasted good
keg 2: Coopers Lager 46L , kegged sep 2008 , fermented with 2 chopped up lemons
In the Bottle
Blackrock Stout , made aug 2007 went flat but i am going to try kegging it as it still tastes good
Canadian Blonde bottled 18-07-2008
Crown Lager Recipe ( First Brew using hops ) Pride of Ringwood plus Saf S-23 yeast bottled 10-09-2008
Coopers Draught using the Pride of Ringwood hops bottled 10-10-2008
Fermenting
Coopers Draught 19-10-2008
Coopers Lager 19-10-2008 added 50 Peppercorns to the fermenter (see what happens)
