At the moment I'm living here in Hiroshima, Japan with my family and teaching ESL. Worked at Coopers for 8 years in the brewhouse, packaging QC and Lab and studied to get my Diploma in Brewing while there. I'm 2/3 of the way into my Master Brewer through the IBD (passed MB2, MB3 and MB4) and will be doing my dissertation this year. My home brewing is really just to keep my skills up and learn more about brewing different world beer styles. I hope to tap some of the AHB members vast and impressive knowledge in this area. I have one son and another due in a few days.
