The right hand bucket sits inside the left hand bucket...the right hand bucket is the one with all the holes.Once mashing is done you life the top bucket up to allow the wort to drain into the bottom bucket.Unfortunatly it doesn't give very clear wort but the beer that has been produced still tastes darn good.Getting approx 70-75% efficiency I think.
